Organize schedules and manage resources

A 2-way syncing calendar is tightly coupled with other modules in the platform. Users can check the availability of other team members to make scheduling easy. Since the calendar is integrated with email, standard mail messages can be used for scheduling events and confirming attendance. Events are automatically added to the user's personal calendar system such as Microsoft Outlook®. Documents can be attached to ensure everything is in one place for review. Recurring and multi-day events are also supported. Simple drag and drop operations simplify the tasks of moving events and changing times of scheduled events.

Calendar collaboration

The calendar has the same granular permissions as the other modules in the platform so schedules can be shared securely within private groups, even if those groups include users beyond the firewall. Privacy is important, so we provide the ability to mark events accordingly so event details are only available to the owner. Proxy enablement lets an administrator manage executive schedules.
